Medication Refunds
Because medications are regulated and prescribed:

Medication fees are non-refundable once shipped

We cannot accept returns of opened or used medication

Damaged or Broken Medication (Broken Vial)
f you receive medication that is damaged, leaking, or broken, please follow the steps below.
What to do:

Do not use the medication

Take clear photos of:

The damaged vial

The shipping box and packaging

We will submit the report to the dispensing pharmacy

The pharmacy will review and evaluate the damage

If approved by the pharmacy, the medication may be:

Replacement decisions are made by the pharmacy after evaluation.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received:

Contact our support team as soon as possible

We will work with the pharmacy and shipping provider to investigate and assist
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations

You may cancel your program at any time

Future charges will stop after cancellation

Charges for services already provided are not refundable
